Blood red? Red is a bad color for banners but since it'll have that blood effect it'll look ok I guess. But as for the background, lemme get this straight: You want the gengar to fade in and out, right?

No, I wasn't clear on that. Anyway, t's just black, except Gengar is surrounded by one of those scratchy circles.

I hate thoSE CIRCLES!!!! Those things are impossible to describe! Okay, just make it a purple transitioning into black background. Those circles are ****!
