So im a little confused i thought they said 8 new gx cards? Or did they mean 8 new ones in English set? Which means our 8th gx would be new english but old Japan. Does this mean we getting Mimikyu gx ?

In my opinion, the 'missing' English GX card is likely Palossand GX or Alolan Raticate GX (maybe more likely Raticate, since it has an Alolan Rattata promo along with it). I don't think they would release Ash's Pikachu or Team Rocket's Mimikyu in an actual set, and they are propably either getting a box or just not gonna be released in English (similarly to the Everyone's Exciting Battle from the BW era)
 
My list is 100% besides missing trainers.
And i completely forgot about those 2 gx cards. So going with one of the two kinda... just normally if its a stage 1 they include the basic in the set

The Alolan Ninetales won't be in the set though, it has already been confirmed that there will be two Goomy cards in the set (Here and here), so the Alolan Sandslash likely won't be in the set either
