1- Fossil Armor works on bench? Protecting Armaldo LA against some snipe attacks?

2- Time Aura from Dialga Lv.70 IFDS can be ignored with rare candy, like old Fossil set Aerodactil Prehistoric Power?

I see nothing here that would stop it working on the bench.

Also, I'm fairly sure you can Candy with Dialga Active.

EDIT: Now this is interesting. It just says attacks on Armaldo - Meaning that, say, Torterra lvl X could ignore the 30 damage backfire for its attack by placing it Armaldo, who would ignore it.

Sorry for the thread on wrong place.

Thanks for all help!

In can belive in bench fossil armor, card don't say the pokebody stops work on bench.

But Time Aura? For exemple, Torterra IFDS can ignore this effect with Solar Song, playing evolution cards from the deck.
And Rare candy? Works or not?

To use Rare Candy, you play the Pokemon from your hand- plus, it counts as evolving. Therefore, Time Aura would block it.

Yes. There's nothing that says it doesn't. Poke-Bodies are always active otherwise.

The way it's written, you could not use Rare Candy to evolve with Time Aura in play. Time Aura prevents you from playing cards from your hand to evolve, and Rare Candy has you play a card from your hand.

Don't rely on a ruling from the WotC era -- WotC got a lot of stuff wrong, so it's likely that a ruling from back then is no longer valid.
