I think their using POKESAV...which is like hacking.

Technically, PokeSav with the Legality Checker is perfectly fine. As long as there is no 999 in every stat or moves they can't learn, abilities that can't know, etc.

Its not perfectly fine. Not only it ruins the fun of the game, it cant be considered legit. Im pretty sure most people here (me included) could just open Pokesav and make dozens of IV perfect Pokemon, with the right natures, EV's and moves, in seconds, and they would be able to use it as long as they were legit looking. Whats the fun of that?

normally I would never look into poke save pokemon but I was wndering if it messes up your game if not i would like a level 1 shiny female eevee with all of the normal moves and could you nick name it Lily?oh and for its stats I really dont care to much as long as it doesn't totally suck. and culd it have a careful or impish nature?
