As I said before if you didn't read my posts, I couldn't find a picture of a red rayquaza. Nor could I recolor one and make it look right. So I'm having LilSparks recolor it, and once he's done, he'll send it to me, and I'll get started..

i thought it was for an avatar so i used a sprite, an actual pokemon image is very difficult WAY too many pixels for a 1x1 pixel pencil. also if you want me to try lend me a rayquaza image

and zenix did you want it animated? if not then i made it black white
