the only reason employee request are ignored is because work piles up on people. Also note that G2F's waiting list is already full, thats why you can not request him. Once his waiting list clears up feel free to do so. But in general there are no employee request

Sorry, I went to the prererelease, I'll get started on the chatot userbar. By the way, I can't really insert images or else it gets all upside down and loopy, so I'll do the best I can for the color scheme. Guys, give the employees credit. Seriously, it takes some of us almost an hour, and then you don't like it? Thats kind of mean.
G2F, I've kind of lost my touch for banners. I haven't made one in a while, and I kind of forgot how to blend and stuff. Sorry, I am no longer taking banner requests. Although, I'll do some userbars. OK?

@dialgax if you look back a couple pages you'll see a userbar request that hasnt been done yet
@dudeman your name isnt on a waiting list because G2F cant update it atm
@randy arnold we just havent gotten around to it yet, you should also realize though you cant expect too much from the image you gave us
