red blastois it is good but your recoloring needs some work and that bannaer with zapdos raikou and pikachu
zapdos and raikou are good but look at your pikachu's surounding it's white and that are details you need to work on okay

I just tested that white rayquaza of yours red blastois
That is a shiny rayquaza with inverted colours

I have no idea where to find link for the pictures I want so it's a bit up to the creators imagination.
