News Fruit Roll-ups Promos

In specially marked boxes of Fruit Roll-Ups, there are 3 card packs of cards similar to the cereal promos that came out a few months back. In each pack are 2 common cards from a Sun and Moon set and one foil promo. The foil pattern is the same as the cereal promos. The promos are Pikachu, Rockruff, Jangmo-o, and Cosmog.

Why can't they put something like a Tyranitar GX in these promos that would actually be worth getting? Even just a very low chance of getting it?

I dunno, but there has to be at least 3 different promo treatments of that specific Cosmog art by now. TRU, McDonalds, and now this one. I'm not complaining, I like to collect.
