Deck Total: 60

I couldn't resist this deck is too fun not to ignore, strategy of the deck is simple. Spam Disconnect with Zebstrika to Item lock your Opponent while using Weavile's Claw Snag to discard a card from their hand, then use Super Scoop Up or Seeker to bounce Weavile back to Claw Snag again for more hand manipulation.

After you Item locked them have 2-3 Eelektrik on your bench for Dynamotor to use Lightning Crash for 80 bench snipe with Zebstrika more efficiently and to make bench snipes alot easier slap a Prism on Jirachi and use Time Hollow, with Skyarrow it has free retreat and you can also Dynamotor on it to de-evolve more of your Opponent's Pokemon in the process.

Mewtwo EX is in this deck to help the deck take down other EX's or big Pokemon with high amounts of energy to use with X Ball or just start a Mewtwo War to take advantage of for the win. If played right this deck can literally shutdown any Stage 2 deck it comes across although it can be countered by Terrakion easily.

Any advice, comments, or suggestions are appreciated. :D

I suggest much more draw power, in place of Bridge. Since it's not a huge boon to your main attacker, I think it would be better to add either Junipers or PONT.

Wouldnt you run into the problems the instant you stop using Disconnect? I guess you could N and then Claw Snag, but you'd have to draw into Weavile to do that, and depending on how late in the game it is, you have a very low chance of getting it.

I see what you did there

Try
-2 seeker (already have ssu that can be reused with junk arm)
-1 skyarrow bridge (maybe 2 is enough)
-1-1 zebstrika (to make room)
-1 jirachi (only 1 is needed)

+3 sage's (drawing and discarding)
+2 juniper (drawing and discarding)
+1 switch (to switch)/catcher (to catcher up the opponent's pokemon)

Also other attackers such as zekrom, zekrom EX, thundurus, and zapdos may help.

The fixes aren't bad actually, I'm just not sure If I want to stick with Fruit Stripe.dec over ZekEels. Funny story, I actually lost to Fruit Stripe.dec at States while I was still running MagEels and I was like this deck is amazing it even went 4-2 or 4-3 at States. The deck definitely has alot going for it despite low damage output (80 bench snipe isn't bad with energy accel) and Type Disadvantage against Quad Terrakion.

I brought this deck attention cause I thought it was a really fun rogue deck and you don't come across very many rogue decks in HGSS-On nowadays cause they can be overpowered and donked easily as well as having difficulty covering for it's Weaknesses or not being at a Type Disadvantage. Scizor/Cobalion I think is a solid rogue deck nowadays cause TyRam and ReshiBoar aren't as popular as ZekEels or CMT.
