why?

Very good, winner of 1 or 2/4 of the decks that won States and very easy to build.

But why is it called legos

Recently, Toxitank, Toolbox, or any other SP based deck is proving to be fun for me. It's not everybody's cup of tea although.

The metagame's just stupid right now.
Nothing's fun, it's all "who goes first" crap.

I think Rotom will be very fun for BR's. Expensive yes, fun yes. Awesome yes. Lots of cool powers and a disruptive deck.

Why is it going to be so expensive?

Because there is a good chance the Rotoms+Charon's choice will be Secret Rares. Fade out ftw. Eveelutions is going to be fun too once RR comes out.
