Future Basic Pokemon Contest

[Espeon]

This is a basic pokemon contest.You need to create a basic pokemon.(Our current generation.)

Rules:
-Basic pokemon can be a pokemon that may evolve or may not evolve.
-Basic pokemon can be evovled from baby pokemon.
-Baby pokemon are not allowed.However,it must be a Basic Pokemon.

Score will be given like this:
1.Pokemon type and hit point(10)
2.Pokebody or pokepower or attack(10)
3.Weakness, resistance and retreat cost(10)

It seems like it was easy to get high score but you must give me a/some reason for the attack or pokepower/body you designed.Such as
-why you need that many energy cost to use that attack?
-why you given that name to that attack?
-Is there any combo purpose for that attack you designed ?
You can have your own reason ,these is just some example.

The reason for needing your explaination is to prevent you copy from another card and avoiding weird attack's name .If not, some people would just copy a move set from a card and just change that pokemon name, or just change the attack's name but the effect are exactly the same as the original...

Well,lets get started and this contest i will offer a prize for the winner...any suggestion?...

There will be a qualifying round and rounds for 4 contestant.

Qualifying round starts now and will end by next Monday.
I will only accept first 4 entry to enter the First round.

You must create a basic pokemon that have a Pokepower/body with HP not less than 90HP.

Well, the power can combo with PokeNav like when you get 3 cards you like only one you can get that one and then shuffle.

Discard all Energies attached to Latias.

Retreat Cost: {CC}

The Poke-Body is based on the Delta Species Latias, but the effect is changed.
The Energy Costs: The first attack is based on Sceptile (EM)'s Solarbeam, the second one on Latias ex's Mist Ball
Weakness, Resistance and Retreat Cost: All based on Latias ex.

I totally agree with jayh, only that it's supposed to be 90 HP and up(or something like that), not more than 90.
