This is my hypothesis about Nidoking deck. The new upcoming Nidoking is a pretty interesting card, as it provides immense power for Nidoqueen, if you are able to pull it off. Nidoqueen AOR can attacks twice, thus heavily benefit from the boosted attack. This may seems appealing but running 2 Stage-2 lines seriously hurt the deck consistency. Let's look at Nidoking's Atk again: 60 with 30 bonus damage for your Evolved Pokemon on bench. You can argue that, this Pokemon's power is nowhere near Ray or Raichu (as Raichu has faster set up), it require less bench space, which could be quite relevant playing against some particular deck and are not limited by Parallel City ( 3 Evolved mons = 150 damage already). As the condition is relatively easy and using evolve mons actually cost you less money, this deck could be a stronger budget deck in Cruel Traitors. This is the list I am going to try out on PTCGO when the set come out:

Pokemon 16

Nidoran M 4
Nidorino 2
Nidoking 4
Remoraid 2
Octillery 2
Binacle 1
Barbaracle 1

Trainer 36

Rare Candy 3
Ultra Ball 4
Level Ball 4
VS Seeker 4
Muscle Band 2
Float Stone 2
Trainer's Mail 4
N 2
Proffessor's Sycamore 4
Karen 1
Briggette 1
Wally 1
Lysandre 1
Dimensional Valley 3

Energy
8

Psychic Energy 8

This is the very first blueprint for Nidoking deck. There are also more variations such as Nidoking-queen; Nido/Bats which have crazy damage output at the cost of consistency; and Nidoking/Garbodor that i would like to have a try later on. Any ideas to improve the deck further?

With Muscle Band and Dimension Valley being rotated out, what would you replace them with?
