You may want to consider running a few Psychic Energies, for the soul reason of the possibility of getting Lysandre'd up. You could get away with maybe, 4 Psychic Energies due to Seviper and Toxapex's attacks costing a DCE plus Psychic. You could also run more Psychic just in case.

I had that thought, but I simply couldn't find any room for them.

I've run a variety of Seismitoad EX decks, as well as decks with 'Toads techs. I would suggest running a few W energy just to give you the Grenade Hammer attack option. Quaking Punch alone, even with the expected, potential poison damage, may be insufficient against many, experienced players.

Further, your reliance upon "flipping" (integral to this deck's success) has a 50% chance of failure... And if you're Item-lock, many of your cards can then be rendered completely ineffective/useless.

In Expanded format tournaments, there are many more decks (let alone those players running techs like Hex Maniac, Pokémon Center Lady, Pokémon Ranger, Olympia, etc.) that can wreak havoc upon your deck too, including:

Big Basics
Darkrai EX (speed variant)
Garbodor variants
Keldeo EX variants
Seismitoad EX
Trevenant
Vespiquen variants
Yveltal EX (especially those with the Archeops)
Zoroark variants

I hope you find these comments helpful.

This is a very consistent decklist. What I do think about it, however, is that you do not have enough cards that can do the poisoning in the first place: just the Lasers aren't enough, and turn one Vileplume lock would destroy you.

Toxicroak-EX seems like the best choice for me. The Triple Poison attack does exactly what it says on the tin and with 3 vipers, VCG plus Quaking Punch, you are doing 80 damage per turn, and the poison damage works between turns.

I would cut out the Olympia and a VCG for 2 copies of Toxicroak-EX.

Now, this deck was definitely not to be meant as an extremely good deck, I'm fully aware it's not a good deck. I thought of it as a cute little "rogue" deck, if you get what I mean.

I like your idea. Plus, Toxicroak would definitely get the poison started. However, Toxapex is also there to create poison upon retreating, however, Garbodor could easily shut that down. Good idea!!

Really like the revised decklist, @TSA123, but I can't help thinking that maybe your flippiness (like @TuxedoBlack said) might let you down. Missing sleep on a Laser is no big deal, but wasting a Hammer is. I would probably replace all 4 Hammers with 1 copy of Plumeria (new BUS supporter), 2 more Team Flare Grunts and a Muscle Band to stack damage output by a crucial little bit.

I'm also not a huge fan of Brigette in this deck, as it can't efficiently grab 'Toad or 'Croak. A second Muscle Band would fit much better IMO.
