The biggest problem with my deck is that I usually start with a ratata , and end up having it get knocked out... In everyone's opinion, what should I do to fix this? Getting some kind of a tank, to soak damage, like the wailord is a good idea, but I think it just might not work well, and having a hard time retreating might be a problem too. Any suggestions? I really want to make this work.
As well, I would like to have some sort of stadium and tool card to attach to radiate. Right now all I have is the fighting fury belt for macrame and no stadiums.
You may want to find some way of levelling out the prize trade. 2 Lysandre may be a good play to focus on bringing up Shaymins and knocking them out with the Super Fang/poison combo for a decent 2 prizes. You could also run Teammates (which I think should be a staple in this deck) to get any 2 cards you need for the turn after the Rattatta is KO'd.
I also think 1 or 2 Sceptile-EX will be good in this deck. You can't really argue with Unseen Claw in a deck that runs Ariados - and it's an EX that could be able to stall for a couple of turns while the true assassin (Rat-ssassin?) sets up on your bench.
