Garchomp used for low energy burst & energy removal
Lando EX used to tank, damage bench, and large hits
Leafeon and Frozen City used as a Keldeo counter/low energy damage against energy hungry decks

Went 3-3 in Battle Roads today, decimated Keldeo but had trouble against Big Basics. I'm thinking of -1 Frozen City and -1 PokeComm for +1 Juniper and +1 something else (had trouble refreshing my hand)

Is there anything I can change or do to add consistency? Maybe take out an Eevee/Leafeon pair?

I have no idea where the Leafeon comes into play; if your opponent is playing Keldeo, the Leafeon won't save you. They are going to one shot it anyway with it only having 110 HP and -20 resistance. It just feels random and not belonging in the deck...
I don't really think there is a satisfactory way for Garchomp to deal with Keldeo, you just have to accept that it is a bad matchup.

Well if Leafeon can OHKO Keldeo first, then it's a 2 for 1 prize exchange so that's a good thing for leafeon. Just have to watch out for eevee being Catchered in to play and dying before it gets a chance. Terrakion maybe to get those revenge kills quick and keeping it as a 2 for 1 trade. Frozen City probably hurts you more than the other person pretty often so you should switch that out and go hypnotoxic and Virbank for the extra damage. In my similar decks I only put one Eevee-Leafeon as it only really has one good matchup and you can use a ball or communication to go get it if you see the deck you are playing.

first of all you do not need leafeon second of all is that garchomp always goes best with his buddy altaria or some people like empoleon i made literally every deck with garchomp (he is mine favorite pokemon) if you want it with landorus this is how it could be
16 Pokemon
4-3-4 Gible-Gabite-Garchomp
3 Landorus
1 Emogla
1 Keldeo EX
33 Trainers
4 Pokemon Catchers
2 Max Potion
2 Rare Candy's
1 Ace Spec (Computer Search is mine favorite)
3 Ultra Balls
1 Pokemon Communication
1 Leval Ball
1 Frozen City
1 Float Stone
3 Switches
1 Cilan
3 N's
3 Skyla's
4 Professor Juniper
2 Colress
12 Energy
7 Fighting
4 Blend WLFM
1 Water

its either 4 n's with no cilan or 3 n's with cilan truthfully 4 n's sound better but somtimes you get energy screwed and you need that one cilan but it is your choice

I really think putting Frozen City in a non-Plasma Deck is naturally a bad idea. I know you can kinda evade the sting with proper timing but, in all honesty, I would just go with Rocky Helmet, if I wanted a little "land-mine" in my Deck.

It is important to have a counter-stadium, these days, though, Perhaps Aspertia Gym if you want to help Eevee live, and Skyarrow Bridge to offer free retreat to your evolving basics. Even Battle City could work well so you can replace your opponent's Virbank Gym. I would prefer Ultra Ball over Emolga, by the way. Attacking on the first turn can really help you a lot, but if you plan on using Emolga, you can't do that much.

Well, I hope that helps. If you have a question, go ahead and ask.

first it is only there for blastiose/keldeo and i am trying to find room for 1-2 more stadiums so if it does hurt me then before it does i dicard it

I removed Frozen city since it just didn't sit well with the deck. Leafeon did win multiple Keldeo match-ups for me, so I think I'll keep at least 1 in the deck for now, until Plasma Blast comes out and he's no longer needed since Keldeo will probably see a loss of play due to Genesect/Virizion.

As for Ultra Ball and Cilan suggestions, neither are really necessary in this deck - Gabite is obtainable with Level Ball, and you can use his ability plus PokeComm to get anyone you need, but starting with Emolga will get you Lando/Gible anyway. Low energy costs for the whole deck kind of make Cilan an unneeded addition to the tight Supporter line-up.

I considered Battle City or Lasers/Virbank as a gym substitute, but I found that neither really clicked with the rest, but I'll try more matches with Virbank/Lasers.

I actually added some Enhanced Hammers to the deck to cause some more disruption against Big Basics and the new favorite deck, Plasma Box.

first i only said cilan if you want but i would have chosen 1 more N and i think just add a frozen city instead of a leafeon because all you pokemon need 1-2 energy so you put 1-2 energy and then you frozen city (if you are playing against blastiose/keldeo) then your opponent cant ramp out energy on Black Kyurem EX/Keldeo and you just keep killing them with garchomp and if you need to landorus
and i was thinking and switch the 2 colress with 2 bianca because garchomp/landorus is not so good late game
and you can go 2 leval ball 1-2 Pokemon Comunication and 1-2 Ultra ball
