I think you've got too many energy and not enough Shaymin and Hoopa. This deck runs very similarly to MegaRay and thus I would suggest the following changes:

+2 Shaymin-EX
+1 Hoopa
+1-1 Zoroark Line

-4 Fairy Energy
-1 Ninja Boy (2 should be fine)

Yeah you could actually cut 2 Fairy Garden and bump it up to a 2-2 Zoroark Line. You kinda auto lose to Megaray without it. You could make the case for Zebstrika but I definitely like Zoroark more because it is much more versatile.

I'm not too sure about the EX increase you're Ideal starter is Xerneas and having more of the EXs means possibly starting with them instead. It's going to happen sometimes regardless but you also need to start building up multiple Gardevoirs and while Ninja Boy might help with it now having a lot of Pokemon that have effects from being played from the hand when you only have three bench slots for them fills up the bench quickly. Hoopa grabs the majority of your bench so MAYBE one more? Two Shaymin does well enough three MIGHT work but four is far too many. Pokepuff might drag them all out and force them when you don't want to as you want to go second for Geomancy. I REALLY want to try one copy of Cruel Traitor from the new set so once I get set up I get right of benched Shaymin and Hoopa and only have Toga Power on the field but I'm not sure how to go with it yet as I still need one.

I would change out Fan Club for a different supporter again Hoopa grabs alot of your Pokemon with Scoundrel Ring so perhaps Skyla instead as she can also grab an Ultra Ball if you need a Pokemon alongside other important cards such as the Links.

I guess 8 basic fairy works for a possible 240 I like 10 for Max Elixir personally.
