Here's my idea for Gardevoir, basically you use Diancie/Rare Candy/EvoSoda/Olivia to try to speed up evolution, while using Ribombee to speed energy attachment, I like to mix up the draw support, it'll probably change a little bit in final count, but im mostly looking for feedback with the rest of the deck outside of draw support. Thanks for checking it out! (^^)

Pokemon
4 x Gardevoir GX
3 x Kirlia
4 x Ralts
2 x Diancie
2 x Ribombee
2 x Cutiefly
2 x Tapu Lele GX

Item/Supporter/Stadium
2 x Hala
2 x Professor Sycamore
2 x N
2 x Wicke
2 x Guzma
1 x Brigette
1 x Olivia
1 x Skyla
4 x Ultra Ball
3 x Choice Band
2 x Max Potion
3 x Rare Candy
2 x Evosoda
3 x Field Blower

Energy
8 x Fairy Energy
3 x Double Colorless Energy

I know you may not want feedback regarding your draw support, but I'll throw in my 2 cents regardless: Wicke is plain bad and outclassed by N, at least until the latter rotates out next year. This is why: she doesn't change the hand size of both players; if your opponent has a pretty big hand, they'll still get the same number of cards they had before. A big hand size is generally associated with easier setup and you don't want that to happen. Likewise, if your hand is small before you use Wicke, you won't get much in return. Drop both copies of Wicke for 2 more Ns. Also 4 Sycamore and 4 N is pretty much mandatory next format due to the lack of Vs. Seeker for the most optimal draw support possible. Yes, Twilight can recycle your supporters, but that can only be done once per game. You might want to watch google's thoughts on Wicke before you consider adding the card:

Remoraid/Octillery is also an option for more draw support in case you get N'd down to a low hand. That means you'll have to put in a Float Stone or two so it won't get Guzma'd up front. Since Twilight can only be used once per game, throw in Super Rod or Brock's Grit for Pokemon/energy recycling if you can't afford to use Twilight or used it already. Fairy Garden is also worth considering to turn Fairy energy into Float Stones.

I feel like Gardevoir GX and Sylveion will work out well, use energy evoulution then magical ribbon the rare candy you need to evolve next turn into Gardevoir, maybe throw one gallade into mix for premonition.

Yeah I was thinking about the garden, I just wasn't sure how necessary retreating would be between the low energy cost and the ability to attach 2+ energy a turn? I do like the Brock Idea though that's a stellar card, and I do think this list lacks some recovery options. Thanks!

The support draw will be 8 cards as far as what I choose to use I just put 2 there for all as I plan to use all of those and am not too worried about the numbers in how I balance I just know I want 8 in an assortment of them. I don't like Sycamore, I don't like discarding valuable cards that I need and especially with VS gone it makes all the alternatives way more viable imo as you can't discard your Olivia or Skyla and just pick it up whenever later. I really should put just 4 N & 4 Syc cause I know that's all people tend to focus on if you list any other alternatives.

I disagree about Wicke being bad though, if you get ahead of your opponent and your down to 1 or 2 prizes I don't think you're going to really want to N yourself down to 1. I think N and Wicke have equal amount of benefits.

What's Gallade do? & Yeah I was thinking about Sylv or Alolan Pix originally but I wasn't sure if the extra energy and certainty of getting the evolution out would be better to run the other two?

The Breakthrough Gallade's Premonition ability lets you rearrange the top 5 cards of your deck. Its attack, Sensitive Blade costs a Double Colorless. It does 60 damage normally, but inflicts 70 more if you used a supporter that turn. This makes Gallade a strong 1-prize attacker and serves as a way to KO Fighting-weak Pokemon like Darkrai EX and Drampa GX.

4 Sycamore is a staple with or without Vs. Seeker because while the discard may hurt, he lets you dig through your deck faster. Overall, it may not be a bad idea to wait until the rotation actually hits to see what people are using as their draw supporter line. Some (current) tournament lists even choose to use 3 Sycamores to make space for other important cards if you're still not on board with using 4 Sycamores in a deck.
