Still hoping to see what the promos will be though! (I just want something like Marowak to be easily available.)
 
Wooooooo Marowaaaaaaak. Never thought I'd love a ground type as much as I do Marowak right now.
 
Oh, god. I really want that Marowak. I'm assuming either it's gonna be hard to get or we'll only be getting it in the next set.
 
Hate to be a hype killer, but Toad isn't completely dead. Their is something, some "garbage card" that can help revive Toad.

Eyyy Energy Reset! I've been waiting on this card, super excited for its applications. Not sure ultimately if it's still relevant (it was revealed quite a while ago and I had a number of ideas for it THEN but) but I feel like it could be quite powerful.
 
Not too sure if that energy reset will be awesome, but I'm sure someone will find some kind of use for it. Maybe Magnezone decks? We have Kingdra and rikou, but there is the energy pouch and it's better so I don't think it will see play

I definitely think it could be useful in Bronzong Metal Links decks if you need the energy on your active and don't have any sneaky Zoroark stuff.

Regardless, Jolteon-EX and Regice put the effects on themselves rather than on the opposing Pokémon/you.

Energy Reset is going into my Vivillon deck. I can Shauna them away then retrigger a Togekiss "taste the rainbow" instead of running out of steam after two delves. Hopefully it is easier to obtain given the desirability of other prerelease promo options ... :p
 
I see some usage for Energy Reset:

M-Sceptile-EX -> Heal as much as you like without fishing for energies.
Seismitoad/Giratina -> Pull Energies away from dmged Pokemon and then use AZ (no need for Cassius anymore) This strategy could be played in other decks as well. You will no longer lose your special energy for an AZ.
Or just Magnezone or Blastoise to switch your attacker easily.
And it helps against Slowking.
 
I will admit that WPM is quite good at guessing TCG related things. And I will admit that the evidence pointing towards this prediction is strong.

But PLEASE don't let Marowak be 1/4 randomly selected prerelease promos. I'm going to have to bring brass knuckles to the prerelease in case I pull a Marowak and someone tries to fight me for it. Hell, going to a prerelease in the first place is hard enough.

Why must you make our lives difficult like this TPCi???

Yes. I was thinking the same thing.

It also helps M Kyogre decks. Kyogre keeps the energy on the board and can be played backup.
 
Here in south america its 4 promos: Moltres, Zygarde, White Kyurem and Tyranitar. But we didnt get the 22 cards pack, so maybe it will be different.
