Gastly/Haunter/Gengar - a Stage 1 ex does the BETTER job than a single-prized stage 2. At least that ex can item lock. 3/3/3

Such as banette ex? Is that what you're meaning. You can item lock with shuppet as well. Makes for a tricky situation on your opponent if they're item relying
