I struggled with this one like hardcore. I am not to happy with it but I'm still going to enter it. I wanted to go from the avaian-like Pokemon and create something different.
Mavarrage
The Missile Pokémon
Type: Fire/Flying
Color: Grey
Ability: Steadfast/Heavy Metal
Height: 11'8
Weight: 459 lbs.
Male/Female: 50/50%
Mavarrage is the Missle Pokemon. It is a dual Fire/Flying type Pokemon and has the abilities Steadfast and Heavy Metal.
Mavarrage flies through the air searching for a target to run into. Once it hits its target, it explodes with a violent blast. Anything caught in its radius is vaporized. After it detonates, it gathers energy around itself and absorbs the fire around it to reconstruct itself. This may take a day to a week for it to occur. At times, it fails to detonates and becomes lodged in the ground; much to its annoyance.
Mavvarage is based on a missile. Its name comes from Maverick and barrage.

Just as an update, my Fakemon has been done for a while, I just have yet to scan it.

Thanks! I think though my weakness is making the lines smoother and more rounder. However, I use a mouse instead of a tablet when doing the art.

Haha, don't have a scanner. My idea was a lantern, the kind that you let float up into the air on New Year's. But whatever, haha. I'll do one next time.
Bug/Ghost would be really cool.

Bummer 6-D, I'd like to see that design.
I won't be actively posting today because my mom is having an art opening that I'll be attending, but at midnight I'll be sure to end the round and post the voting.

My vote is for silazu -[Icarais]
Sucks I didn't have time to finish my fakemon. I had the line art done, but didn't get to scan it and color it. It was a snake with wings, based off of the Snake from the book of Genesis in the Bible (with some artistic license too). Oh well.
For the next round I am down for a bug type pokemon. Bug/ Ghost or Bug/ Dark could be cool

Sorry Silazu, yoour entry is great, but I can't get past the fact that in the end, it is just a Firey Bird, which Pokemon does already have.
For that reason, I am voting for LostVoice's Mavarrage. Wonderfully innovative design.
