'Generations' Accidentally Packaged in 'BREAKpoint' Packs: First Cards!

I got my booster box and got all 'Generations' cards in my uncommons. Im actually quite dissapointed because I wanted some of those 'BREAKpoint' trainer's. I just got up with Pokemon's customer support to see if I can get replacements or something.

Please let me know what happens! Same happened here and some of the Trainers are expensive for BREAKpoint!
 
This is also happening to me, I currently am halfway through the box and am stopping. At first it was cool, but now it is upsetting because instead of getting delinquent and Fighting Fury belt, I am getting a ton of Pokemon Center Ladies which I have too many copies of, I emailed Pokemon about it.

Actually, I'd be interested to hear what customer support has to say too. I got a box where half of the packs had Generations uncommons. (It was every other pack that had them.) It's very neat having an Imakuni? card already, but that doesn't make up for the fact that I was getting PokeBalls and Trainers that I already have a lot of instead of potentially getting Fighting Fury Belts and Max Elixirs. There were some Trainers that I flat out didn't get, and the rest, I got either one or two of, at the most.

Having half a box of Generations uncommons is one thing, but I'm sorry to hear some people had all Generations uncommons.
 
So far I haven't seen any of the mispacked packs in my local area. The boxes at my local store hasn't had any yet nor did the Elite Box or three Blister with Umbreon have them at major retail.

I think the important thing is that before Generations packs start coming out people who are getting these packs should contact customer support as many of you have so they know besides an articular like this that there are more then one or two isolated packs.

-and if you do pull some take pictures of the packs' contents would also be a good idea.

If anyone is looking for the Fighting Spirit Belts there is one in each starter so if you only needed another there's those. Besides that and Misty's Determination I don't think there's any of the other hot new trainer cards in those decks though.

Hopefully I get some good results. The owner of my local game store told me he had a similar issue with some MTG cards a couple years back where he got a higher than average foil cards in a box. He noticed that all of the foils were rare's or higher, and they were in Portuguese. His cards were replaced. I know they are different companies, but I hope Pokemon will do something.

I sent Pokemon a short video of me opening a pack to show the Generations cards. If they need more proof, I'll have pictures of all of the Generations cards I got.

It's better than no answer, so far. Thanks for letting me know! I think with this and what Starsoulklr said, I'll be contacting them too. The best proof that I have at this point would just be taking pictures of the cards.

Hmm... But you know what? I think I'll just keep the Generations cards, even though BREAKpoint uncommons are better. It turns out with all the other packs that I bought, I have a playset of all of the Trainers except for Fighting Fury Belt (of course). So it looks like I'm set. Still really nice of TPCi to offer that to people. =)

I got the same reply today and just sent out 191 Generations cards I pulled from 2 booster boxes. (I may have kept 1 of each for collection purposes :p)
 
I was so disappointed to find out generations was reprints, I mean its the 20th anniversary they should of had new amazing cards with great art. I feel like they took the lazy route.

They already told me that they will replace all of my 'Generations' uncommons with 'BREAKpoint' uncommons. So I should be getting 108 random 'BREAKpoint' uncommons. They also said they would give me some free boosters, but they didn't say how many, probably only one or two. I'll make a post when I get my stuff returned, but it probably wont be for another week.

The stack is a healthy number of every uncommon but not of equal amounts (they did make a point to say it was randomized), I received 3 BREAKpoint boosters but I've seen some pictures of people who received 4 so unsure what classifications are for that. I say this is an A+ customer support from TPCi.

Awesome! I didn't get mine yet. Hoping it will come soon! You said you sent 191 cards, and you got sent back 216 uncommon, maybe that's why you got one less pack ;)
 
Did anyone receive a free Generations pack in Pokemon TCGO and pull anything interesting? Among the surprise highlights I pulled a Fossil Slowpoke and Sylveon EX
I got a Golem EX. I'm looking for Mew boxes in my city, but I haven't found any yet, I really only want the Radiant Collection and the Eeveelution EXs as physical cards. I may just get singles.
 
I just got my replacement box today! I got 108 uncommons, pretty good randomization. I also got three packs. Very happy with the return, and I'm happy with how The Pokemon Company provided great customer support! I was able to pull a Luxray BREAK in my packs, plus a reverse Dragalge. So I just need to buy a Trevenant BREAK to have all currently release BREAK Pokemon, and I need a couple of Gabite to get a playset. After that, and I need 12 more EXs and Full Arts to complete BREAKpoint. Maybe I'll go all of they way! My PTCGO codes also gave me my 4th Palkia EX (I dont have any physical :'( . ) and my 2nd Scizor EX. I'm happy with getting all of that for replacing my cards!
