Collecting Generations Elite Trainer Box Question

So I Purchased the Elite Trainer Box on the website, along with 2 flashfire packs... Well, I Got the two packs but not the Elite Trainer Box and there's no shipping info for the box, anyone else having this issue? I don't see anything stating that it's a Pre order?

If you're having an issue with your order, there's not much we can do about it here. You are correct that they item should be available for shipping as of July 1st. It's possible that the ETB was shipped separately or possibly delayed.

Your best method of resolution is log into the account you used for purchasing on the pokemoncenter.com website and check your order status to see if what it says, or contact the Pokémon Center support desk if the order status isn't clear or does not answer your questions.

Yeah, was jsut kind of curious if anyone else may have ran into this, kinda figured no one on here could help, lol.
