Strategy:
I think its pretty clear. I want to use wailord as a buffer for a gengar switching in and out. Virbank for the Gengar poison. I wanna stop any abilities interfering with poison such as keldeo and what not. I wanna cause trouble for fairy or plasma with garbodor. Its my version of a donphan-like strategy. I haven't seen this deck anywhere, so I wanted to hear your thoughts on it before I go building it. I'm also looking to work in maybe a robo substitute, or a lysandre's trump card. Any input is appreciated.

RE: Gengar Garbodor

Not a bad idea, the only problem I saw right off the bat is that you copied your trainers twice... doesn't effect the deck but just saying and it also looks like you have different Junipers? I'd like to help but I'd like to understand fully what your decklist actually is.
One suggestion I have is to probably take a couple Wailords out. You have 4 max potion to cover if a Wailord is close to being knocked out. You could put the robo substitute in those empty slots if you want.

RE: Gengar Garbodor

I think I've fixed it now. Thanks for pointing that out, but after relooking at it, I'm five cards over, so if you have any advice on what to cut out, that'd be great.

While I'm actually five over now, so how many wailords could I pull without being inconsistent?

RE: Gengar Garbodor

You only have 61 cards in the deck. drop a Vs seeker, or a pokemon fan club, or a skyla along with the changes i suggested and you only have 60 cards.

RE: Gengar / Garbodor

I counted as well and you only have 61, I would either take a Wailord out (like I said before) or take out a vs. seeker (3 seems a little much).

how about a wail and a potion for a trump card?

Come to think of it, I took one more look over the list, I think a 2-2 Garbodor is fine, that's what most decks play. The only deck you should worry interfering with your poison is VirGen so you don't need all the Garbodor or Trubbish. (Yes I know there's steel shelter and other stuff, but ability wise VirGen is the only popular one)

I'm also not quite sure why a Lysandre's Trump Card is necessary unless you absolutely think you'll deck out in this deck.

I think you could drop 2 trubbish, 1 Garbador. A 2-2 Garbador line should be sufficiant. I would also recomend dropping 2 wailord EX, and a single max poition. This would leave you six spots with those spots i would add in another Juniper andother N, a lysandres trump card, 2 Head ringer and an enhanced hammer. So....
- 2 Trubbish
-1 Garbador
-2 Wailord EX
-1 Max poition
+ 1 Professor Juniper
+1 N
+1 lysandrs trump card
+2 Head ringer
+1 Enhanced hammer

I agree with that except instead of adding Enhanced Hammer, run another Lysandre. If you're not going to run 2 or more Enhanced Hammer, it's kind of meaningless and also Lysandre is always a helpful card and I suggest running 2 in almost every deck.

Yeah i agree with what Chipadat said about the enhanched hammer. Adding another Lysandre would be more benificial.

You could drop more if you wanted, but with only 2 wailord EX you wont need as many max potions. You will likley not want to discard three energy from a Genagr EX or two energy from a reshiram.

I would suggest dropping the reshiram for zekrom or maybe even going a 1-1 split between the 2 outragers. Your Gengar is weak to dark pokemon mainly Yveltal EX, zekrom is a solid counter to yveltal EX's and you wailrod EX is weak to grass and most grass pokemon are weak to fire.

oh, sorry. I misread that. I thought you meant run only one max potion. I'm liking the plan with splitting the outragers. Those are two very prevalent decks. However, I kind of like the idea of drawing into wailords early. Thats why I was running so many of them. I want to open with them.

I just think 4 is to many, at most in a game you will only use 2 wailord EX. I would rather start Gengar EX and get some damage on the board untill you get it powerd up enough to use dark corridor
