Lo' all i'm new to the game and i'm pretty sure this has been answered elsewhere but im finding it hard to pinpoint my question in the search feature (or any search for that matter)
Fairy = (F) Colourless = ( C) for upcoming purpose

I was just wanting a clarification on Geomancy on Xerneas;
Choose 2 of your benched pokemon, For each of those Pokemon, search your deck for a (F) Energy card and attach it to that Pokemon. Shuffle your Deck afterward.

Simple enough, two benched pokemon, attach (F) energy to them. The real question is, what counts as (F)? Prism i'm assuming is classed as ( C) until it is attached to a basic pokemon so that may be first question self answered.

Rainbow energy, when is it classed in play? assuming whilst searching your library it's ( C)

If only we had Blend energy with (F) as i assume that would work. For the purpose of that question, Virizion EX, Emerald slash can search for Blend Energy GFPD, right?
 
Geomancy has no effect on the Special Energies because they do not count as Fairy Energy until they are in play.

Emerald Slash doesn't work on Blend Energy for the same reason Geomancy doesn't affect Rainbow or Prism.
 
thanks for the reply Vesperia, was sure it couldn't but just wanted to make sure.
Just re-read the wording on blend "when attached" damn its too late for me to be thinking.

SO rule of thumb, if it ain't attached, it's (C ) got it
