Strategy: Use speed trainers and Double Colorless Energy to get out quick Golem with Expert Belt. Then use Sandslash to get Fighting Energy into hand and attack with Tumble Down for high damage. Use Delcatty to return the Energy to the top of the deck and follow up by using Sandslash to grab the Energy back and use Tumble down again. 3 Energy and an Expert Belt gives 110, or 4 without gives 120. Goal would be to get 2 Delcattys to ensure 4 Energy per turn with Sandslash.

I would take out 3 quickball and replace it with pokemon communication instead. since you already have 3 collectors, using communication with it will help alot. also why not use Fisherman? I know it'll take up the supporter for the turn, but it'll also prevent the damage from getting placed on Decatty. then you can still use Sandslash's poke-power to get more than 4 fighting energy in your hand.

as well as maybe taking out a Bebe's for a Junk arm. that way you can bring Luxury ball back into your hand to look for any pokemon by discarding 2 energy that you're going to bring back with Decatty anyways.
