Ruling Giant Stump

What I hate about this card, is that it immediatly affects both players.

It leaves no time to respond for your opponent, and they must discard without any way of preventing it. Well, except Hariyama of course.

And as it was stated earlier on here, Cradily with Giant Stump is pretty nice.
 
Cradily + 4 react energy + Giant stump = cheapness

That means NONE of your pokemon are safe from devolution. Plus, once it's devolved everything, it will simply pick everything off with Linear Attack or Mudshot. It doesnt even need to be grass based, it can be teched into a deck since it only needs 1 grass energy to use Linear attack while the others need Colourless.
