May I just say as a semi-successful VVV player ( 5th at 1 of the biggest regionals in the UK and placed in the country's top 10 briefly), the deck establishing its lock isn't a guaranteed game-over for the opponent hitting 4 tails can become quite common in some bigger tournaments. Add to that the fact you have to know how to establish the lock in the first place and with decks like CMT in format you have to play for the T2 Vileplume which means you might have to hold off on Vanilluxe for a turn or 2 with a possible 2 or even 3 prize deficit missing just 1 Double Freeze can mean game loss.
