Why are people complaining? This is a good Promo, and I'm glad that I'm not missing anything by living in Texas, because of the fact this has a Full Art is a huge relief for me. But back to the point, this is a good Promo- playable in a lot of decks, and certainly more playable than any previous Regional Promos, and the only thing people SHOULD be complaining about is the fact that-like I said- has a Full Art.
