The IFDS deck Giratina is self-disruption. You could play it onto the field and I guess that could bypass that.
How, to be more specific?MyNameIsMaddox said:Back on topic... maybe you could use Weavile or Darkrai? I've found that it works GREAT!
4 Turns to fully set up your Main Attacker is still a bit of bother.Yanmega Owns said:I would not use that for the reason you already stated. Why bother charging up a Froslass and then a Giratina? That would take six turns...and then your opponent will steam roll through your deck.
Sure didSotH said:I'm not saying I would use it, I am just saying that's what he is saying.
Did that make sense?
That's the only problem. If you don't win they will (sounds obvious but..). The speed afterwards is just lacking.Divine_Light said:There's rumours of the Diamond and Pearl set being format locked. What happened when the EX:Emerald Set was released. Was EX:Ruby and Sapphire format locked?
4 Yanmega at 90HP can last most attacks at T1-T4. They're not likely to get 1HKOed during the first few turns.
Scenario:
-It's your opponent's turn, He(/she) hits and he(/she) hits hard.
-Giratina gets KOed mid game.
-It's your turn and you have nothing on the field.
-That means you have to play whatever is benched:
Azelf at 70HP,
Yanmega at 90HP,
Claydol at 80HP.
-You Premier Ball it out of your discard pile and get it into your hand.
-You have nothing left to do but attack it you played Yanmega. And end your turn and prepare for another hit.
-In this scenario you magically have a Giratina in your handYou have to Bebe's for it.
-Retreat. If you played Azelf or Claydol then you'll have to wait till it's KOed before you can play Giratina.
-So 2 turns after he was KOed he is back. (Can you play a Giratina then Level Up? I don't know the rule on that. . .)
*Will whatever you have Benched be able to stand a midgame hit?
