I have a Shiny one I will have to clone with Echosong if you want it. It is also EV'd. It has max stats too. HP is 414/414 HP and Defense is 306 (maxed).:)

I'll think he'll/ she'll rather trade an EV'D Rayquaza than actually giving it away. You EV train it. My EV'D Trained Darkrai is stronger than my friend's EV'D Trained Darkrai. So if you train it, you can actually receive benefits.
