Looks pretty good! It utilizes red and blue very well. I would play a fourth cynthia for extra draw support. Jolteon isn’t totally needed but could help.

What are the swells for?
Don't you want some eevee gx and more cherish ball?
Why custom over great catcher?
You need switch for jirachi.

Customs better, gives you draw, brings up mew and doesn’t pitch cards away which red & blue already do.
 
why play tag call over pokegear? pokegear can grab cynthia

also i understand your rationale for playing 4 custom catcher and no great catcher, but great catcher is just too good not to use. you can snipe 30 at a dedenne twice and then gust it up for a free 2 prizes

also why play friend ball when you can just play cherish ball? what does friend ball search out consistently?

also this ^. what does this deck beat consistently other than m3w, which will likely just play stealthy hood after cosmic eclipse anyway (just curious)

i wouldn’t play cherish ball since it only searches out oricorio gx and articuno gx but yeah, not sure why friend ball.

searches glaceon as well (and eevee gx if he decides to add it. i don't really like it tho bc you can't red & blue onto it)
 
I actually scrapped this decklist and still going to play welder over red & blue. 4 Cherish balls, I have a list of that, which is for next format and it’s red hot. I’ll post it up later on!
