I can see why it is an Ace Specs card, but i kinda wish it wasn't. Most people are going to be using PC Communication (or whatever the Discard 2 Search for 1 card was called) over this, but being able to heal 90 off of your active is nothing to scoff at. It can turn an 2HKO on an EX into a 3HKO which can make the difference in certain games/match-ups.

I'd give it a 6.5/10, since you can only have 1 and can only heal the active. In several cases Max Potion will prove more useful. 10/10 for the artwork.

This card is a must in quad entai. It's great for healfully charged entai without discarding energy.
It is an ace-spec card.
It deserves a 6/10 overall.
