Why Golisopod-GX?
Last year, I ran a deck with a similar "tag-in tag-out" playstyle with Scizor-EX from BKP. When the 2017 Rotation hit the bulk of the good Metal support (Metal Links, Dialga-EX, Aegislash-EX, etc.) and some of the general support options (Super Scoop Up, AZ, etc.) I had to leave it behind for other decks. The moment Golisopod-GX was revealed, I knew it was a sign from Tajiri himself to go back to the "good ol' days" and build the "successor" to the Scizor deck I was known for at locals. The fact that Scizor and Golisopod constantly compete for "Favorite Bug Type" helps.

Why Wimpod GRI over Wimpod BUS?
Wimpod BUS is truly only good on your first turn, so it's either open him and pray. Otherwise, it's not as good as Wimpod GRI, in my opinion. I also have plans on including Shining Celebi when it's released to use Scamper Away as a means of keeping Golisopod alive.

Why 3-1 Golisopod?
Since the GX is the main focus of the deck, it only takes 3 KOs for the opponent to win. The Golisopod in GRI is still a great card to use against anti-GX effects like Alolan Ninetales BUS, as well as being a great attacker when need be, hitting 180 with Choice Band.

Why Wishiwashi SUM?
Something of mine gets KOed, I can throw Wishiwashi into the Active slot to Cowardice back next turn, allowing a Golisopod to switch in for the bonus damage. I admit that it's an easy target for Alolan Ninetales-GX, which makes it the prime suspect for being removed when Shining Celebi is released. Also, it's fun actually being able to use an opponent's Brooklet Hill against them, if only for a single Pokémon. :p

Why Tapu Koko/Tauros/Drampa?
Tapu Koko is quickly becoming the #1 splashable Promo card much like Jirachi XY67, in my opinion. It's good for spreading damage quickly and provides a free retreat option in a pinch. Tauros is just an overall good splashable backup attacker. Drampa is more of a panic button when I need to get cards in my hand and I haven't drawn a Supporter in the last 2-3 turns, but is usually just Sycamore'd/Ultra'd away.

You need more Lele.
I'm aware. My budget at the moment prevents me from obtaining more than one. It's not easy being unemployed while playing 3 different TCGs.

Without testing my first impression of this deck is that you will brick super hard most games due to the low supporter count.

So my recommendations are:

-2 kukui unless you play more kokos to spread damage you are never going to be going for 1 hits so this supporter could be better serviced elsewhere
-1 hala
-1 skyla
-1 hala
-1 olympia
-1 tauros
-1 drampa
+1 sycamore
+1 ultra ball
+2 n
+3 lille
+1 oranguru

Starting with the pokemon, you should drop Drampa, Tauros, and, although it almost made the cut, Wishiwashi. I would add two more Kokos. The free retreat does the same thing as Wishiwashi, and the spread damage can bring a lot of pokemon down into OHKO range for Golisopod GX. Tauros and Drampa are just kind of awkward and Drampa is kind of weird in this deck since you don't really want bench damage. Tauros is mainly used for its GX attack, and i think Golisopod's could be put to better use. Plus you don't need much setup time, so Tauros isn't really needed to buy time either.

Your tools could probably use another float stone. Field Blower is a thing... Maybe for a Choice Band.

Energy is fine.

And the supporters. I think you should get rid of Hala, Lillie, and Skyla. In their place just add a Sycamore and two Ns. And I personally would like to put in a Brigette, probably in place of the pokemon replaced earlier. It's too good for setup. Oh and I would go for a fourth Guzma instead of Olympia. It gets the switch and you get to hit whomever you want.

And lastly I would drop the Scoop ups for an ultra ball and a Super Rod. Super Rod can get Zoroarks back if they get focused by your opponent, and you can still get your Golisopod line as well as some energy.

My last option I at least want to mention is max potion, since you'll be attacking for 1 energy most of the time anyway. It's a free heal on big pokemon. They'd probably have to replace Acerola and switch or something, but that's just an option.

Hope I helped!
