Good place to buy singles + deck builder?

I'm wondering if anybody knows a good US website to buy singles, that also has a deck builder, so I don't have to look up all the singles individually.

Troll and Toad is good for singles, and for a deck builder, use Bebe's Search.com

I don't know a site that does both.
