Where do you buy individual cards? I don't know of any stores in my area that sell individual Pokemon cards, and I'm not sure what stores are good online. Any suggestions?

Ebay can be helpful as well, usually pretty cheap
Ebay will be your best friend for pokemon cards.
Yeah I tust ebay with pokemon cards, and you can also usually buy singles at your local comic book store (or any non-Wal-Mart type store that sells card sleeves)
Card Empire does cheap rare cards (but expensive lv.Xs/exs) and they are reliable. Only 2 of my orders haven't come in within 2 days. They do all cards from TRR - latest.

I just go to Target for all of them. I hate buying things online...or any other purchase with a credit card, for that matter. I'm a lot more careful with my money when I can feel its quantity on my hands.
Target's no place for booster boxes though, if you're looking for that, and local card and hobby shops are your only good bet for individual cards if you prefer to pay in cash.
