He got an awesome trade.
Tornadus EX goes for $35 or so. Mewtwo EX goes for another $45-50. The other cards total would be like another $20 or so while Darkrai EX has BIN prices for $60-65 on eBay.
Great deal.

The Rocket's Mewtwo-ex is $42 on Trollandtoad. Even though it's expensive and everything on your end doesn't add up to his, I think that the Rocket's Mewtwo-ex is overpriced and that you made a good trade, since you got some decent meta stuff.

I wouldn't do it. Tornadus ex and Raikou ex's price will go down unless they become extremely popular (like Mewtwo). Mewtwo ex will still be played and is still a staple in most decks regardless of the upcoming sets. I'd ask for a bit more or at least a FA tornadus ex.

I wouldn't do it unless you really need the Raikou EX FA.
Here are values from TnT:
Groudon EX - $12
Regigigas EX FA - $22
Raikou EX FA - $20
So going by their values, it's pretty heavily in his favor.
