Gothitelle (Doom Decree)

A friend of mine built this deck, and has won a lot with it. A flippy as it is, it hits Doom Decree and average of three times a match. I wanna know what you all think about it.

Strategy: Get Gothitelle set up T2 with Psychic energy preferrably a DCE and a Pshycic, and use Victini to OHKO active Pokemon. Sigilyph and Mewtwo EX are techs, explanation isn't really needed for them.

It may not be the most competitive deck out there, but I bet it's really fun to use.

-3 giant cape.
-2 Pokemon Communication.
-1 tool scrapper. Eviolites really don't bug you if you're one shotting anything they have, but garbodor ruins one pokemon I want to add, so keep one.
-2 Enhanced Hammer. It's a really good card, but doesn't exactly fit the deck.

+2 MewEX. Gives you a way to Doom Decree without putting gothitelle in danger.
+2 Victini NV #43. A turn one V-blast, assuming you get it, is very hard to shrug off.
+2 Exp. Share. Lets you move energy off of MewEX to Gothitelle so you can keep doom decreeing.
+2 Ultra Ball. Useful to get out anything that isn't victini, or also victini in a pinch. I like straight search better then Pokemon Communication, but if you prefer that, it's fine too.

Mew EX is way too fragile to be any good, same with Victini 43. I have to flip twice either way, but if I get heads on both, I know I'm OHKOing something and not losing two prizes on the revenge KO.
