IMO, Gothitelle needs Tropical Beach to perform its best. I can't tell you how many games it's helped me out, being able to stall with a Gothitelle active while Tropical Beaching every turn to set up. Tropical Beach however is super expensive, and you can still play Goth without it. Here are some things I would suggest:

Junk Arm. 4 of it, if possible. Junk Arm is too good of a resource to pass down, and allows you to reuse Catchers, Communications, and Candies over and over again. I'd take a few Seeker/Cheren out to make for this change.

I run a 4-2-4 line of Goth and a 3-2-2 line of Reuniclus, and it works great. I'd say you really need that 4th Gothorita. If you run 3, and 1 is prized, then you only have to rely on 2 to set up the entire game until you can draw into the prized one. Playing against decks such as Stage 1 and Zekrom is all about setting up just 1 Gothitelle, and sacrificing as many as you need to get your whole combo going. The 4th Gothorita really helps out against decks that blow up right away.

Your list is good to start off with. In my list, I only run 2 DCE, no Seeker or Cheren, and only 2 PONT, but that's just personal preference.
