My changes from Grant's list in bold:

4x wobbuffet
2x jolteon ex
1x glaceon
1x drampa gx (replaced Shaymin, use the gx attack for emergency draw support, use first attack for energy disruption)
1x regice (whenever I faced fire decks it would just so happen that either dewpider or araquanid would be prized, this card fills a similar role against Volcanion decks and gives me room to add a 3rd Ninja Boy)

4x professor sycamore
4x N
3x team flare grunt
3x ninja boy
2x pokemon center lady
2x lysander
1x team skull grunt
1x delinquent (I swing and miss sometimes on skull grunt so I cut one in favor of delinquent as I like this card against the current meta)
4x vs seeker
4x ultra ball
2x enhanced hammer
1x field blower (Drampa's 1st attack reduced the need for 3 enhanced hammers so I cut it to two and added this field blower)
3x trainer's mail
2x float stone
2x fighting fury belt
1x rescue stretcher (this is instead of buddy-buddy rescue, I think it's a better option)
1x special charge (added this and energy loto for better consistency, Grant said the two basic lightning energy in his deck were kept for consistency but I think I'd rather have these two cards.)
1x energy loto
2x rough seas

4x rainbow energy
4x double colorless

Would love to hear your thoughts.

I have always loved the idea of this deck, but have never been one for playing it myself...
I have, however, I have felt like Jolteon and Glaceon could make a great comeback, with all of these GX's seeing play. I like your list (especially your personal touches, which I do agree with), but I feel like finding room for 3 more energy lotto and 1-2 Manaphy Ex. I feel like these additions would be nice, since it would allow you to switch between attackers to almost perfectly prevent all damage, and whenever I've played 4 Rainbow energy and 4 DCE, I have little to no problems with whiffing energy.
Those are just my opinions though, so take it how you will. I love your list, and hope it works for you!:)
