Objective
This deck must be maked only of Grass Pokemon, because is an League Deck and Cant contain EX Pokemons
My first goal is beat Blastoise (Deluge) - Kyurem (PF 31) Decks, because it uses 2-3 Water Energys in his attacks.

Strategy
Using a Leafeon and Tropius the purpose of this deck is do damage based on the energys attached to the opponent pokemons.
With the attack "Energy Crush" i normally do 40-60 Damage, and with Tropius i do 80 with "Energy Press" p/turn.
Genesect is good because he attacks: "Call For Family" :to give more speed to the deck and he second attack to do 80-100 damage.
I use Roserade because she ability: Le Parfum, it allows me to search for a card in my deck and add it to my hand when is evolved.
 
-2 Rare Candy

Since you have no stage 2's, and Rare Candy doesn't work on Stage 1's anymore, there is no point to having it in your deck.

I'm curious as to why you're using Superior Energy Retrieval, as well as so many energy. All of your attackers attack for very few energy, and DCE doesn't really help any of them except maybe Leafeon.

N and juniper are the best draw support we have for modified format. Devalution spray will allow you to reuse roserade ability more then once. Cheren is out classed by juniper/N and Great ball just isn't that good. Ultra ball allows you to search any pokemon level ball lets you get your eevees, rosesila/roserade

Serperior is getting a reprint in Battle Boost. So you could definitely run her if you like.
 
I try to no play Stage 2 Pokemon, because the tournaments in Uruguay are So fast and in second Turn, my opponent has one Blastoise >_<, but thanks, i dont has knowed about the Reprint :3
 
Well as you know blastoise is a stage 2, so you could theoretically set serpierer up just as fast. Also I believe that the healing serpierer was reprinted as a secrecy rare in one if the more recent sets, so it would be legal anyways (someone correct me if I'm wrong)
