Ruling Great Ball and other questions

1.Can I use a Great Ball when my bench is full?
2.When a Pokémon uses an attack with an added effect on the defending Pokémon like the defending Pokémon cant attack during the next turn, but I knock out the Pokémon with the damage from that move, will the next Pokémon be able to attack?
3.Can I only use 1 pluspower per turn?

1. No you can not because it says to play the basic on your bench but since your bench is full you can't play it.
2. Yes, since the effect was on the pokemon and you knocked it out so you basically got rid of the affect.
3. No, you can play up to 4 if you want.
