Standard Greninja BREAK / Octillery

megaphone works on some decks but toad garb would need xerosic and since xerosic can remove tools or special energy i think it will work great against certain decks

you still need 2-3 greninja break a xerosic also i would try to find room for vs seekers
i would cut 3 max potion and 2 trainer mail
 
Deck needs some work. I get the point of the deck, but what is your goal? If your goal is to get Greninja Break out I feel you're missing a MAJOR component of Greninja. You're totally relying on Greninja Break, but have to have froakie to get him out. Both decks have battle compressors but no Archie's Ace in the Hole? Also, why don't you run float stones, switch, escape ropes and energy retrieval? Here's why. If you run a float stone on your Greninja Break, use his ability, float stone out to another Greninja Break, then use his ability. He's a different Greninja so you can use his ability. Then use switch or escape to ANOTHER one for an easy 180 damage. Then of course you still have to attack. Hello Greninja XY with your 50 damage attack for 1 water energy. Oh, don't worry about Garbodor. Silent lab or startling megaphone will take care of him :)

silent lab does not stop garbodor he is not a basic and manaphy provides free retreat to anything with water energy attached and the frogadier has an attack that is 1 water energy and it puts up to three frogadier from your deck onto your bench without the need of a froakie

the new greninja has a good attack too 40 for 1 colorless and your opponents pokemons abilities are shut off for their turn and 1 water for 60 plus 20 more if you bounce the energy back to your hand

Silent lab also doesn't shut off basics and remember you can only run four switches while escape rope could easily help your opponent and will hurt you more than help
 
Yes you're right about silent lab, forgot its just for basics. But how does escape rope help your opponent? With Greninjas ability and the XY Greninja you can put damage on anyone. So escape rope doesn't hurt you. If you think it helps the opponent, Lysandre who u want up from. Either way, the ability to float stone another break in then switch another one. It's a killer combo if you can get it out.
