Hi! This is mootoo here, and here's a list that I've came up with, please tell me if you have any advice on making this list as good as possible. Thanks!

The list

Pokemon:

3x Terrakion EX
2x Terrakion NV
2x Groudon EX

7
T/S/S

3x Pokemon catcher
3x Energy Switch
4x Heavy ball
4x Switch
1x Super Rod
2x Tool scrapper
3x Evoilite
3x Exp Share
4x N
4x Juniper
3x Bianca
1x Enhanced Hammer
2x Cheren
2x Energy Retrivial
2x Super Scoop Up

43

Energy:

10{F}

10
Total

60

The strategy is to start with Terrakion and try to use its second attack to get out to 2 energy to a benched Pokemon I'll get out a Terrakion EX and a Terrakion, then, if the first attacker (Terrakion EX) gets knocked out from an attacker I'll have so many energy due to the energy accel. from Terrakion, I would sweep with Groudon and Terrakion NV.

Why do you run Eviolite and Large Cloak? Even then, you also, have Exp. Share which usually doesn't do well with Eviolite. You already have energy acceleration, but it would have to wait till T3 if you start with it. I don't like Energy Search; in a format without Junk Arm, it's kind of pointless. I also don't think Energy Retrieval fits in this deck, especially if you decide to keep Exp. Share. I'd do something like this:

-2 Energy Search
-2 Energy Retrieval
-2 Large Cloak

+4 Cruching Hammer
+1 Juniper
+1 Catcher

Honestly, I would make this DRE or before, instead of playing that he ace spec so that you can use this for Battle Roads. Also, you have 15 fighting but it says you have 13, not sure which one is right. Also, I would run more exp share, just to conserve your energy.

If you mean Terrakion EX, it's his second attack that get's energy on the field. I don't think Emolga is really needed in a basic only, attackers only deck. You also can't search for it (Unless you use Computer Search) so if you don't start with it, it's pretty useless. As Mora said, Large Cloak is pretty useless since you run only basics and you have Eviolite. If you want to keep it in, at least make it 4 Eviolite 1 Large Cloak. And since Terrakion EX is your preferred starter and is useful in almost every match-up, you might want to have more of it then Groudon EX. Also what is Energy Switch for? I'm sure it has a use, I'm just not sure of what it is.

-2 Emolga
-2 Large Cloak
-1 Groudon EX
-3 Energy Switch (I'm only suggesting taking it out because I don't know what it's use is)

+1 Catcher
+1 Juniper
+3 Random Receiver
+1 Terrakion EX
+1 Tool Scrapper (High counts of this would be in case you want to change your own Pokemon's tools)
+1 Exp. Share

Also what Lumos said.

TerrakionEX is your energy acceleration which you need to keep up with the speed of other decks and it's also your best option as an attacker since it's hits for 90 and therefore 2 shots opposing EX's and 1 shots Darkrai (without Eviolite) therefore you should increase the TerrakionEX to 4 and drop all of the GroundonEX's.

2 Terrakion NV is fine to deal with opposing Sigilyph, you can also test out Bouffalant from Dragons Exalted.

You won't need Emolga, you can search out your other Pokemon with Items like Heavy Ball anyway.

I do think Energy Retrieval is useful in this deck since you're attacking with TerrakionEX most of the time it allows you to keep on accelerating your energy for the whole game, I would favor Energy Retrieval over EXP. Share which will be a problem against opponent's running Tool Scrapper which I expect to be a lot.

Obviously 4 Pokemon catcher, I'm assuming you only own 3.

Energy Search is pointless in a deck with only 1 type of Basic Energy, it may as well be another Energy card but you don't need any more Energy so take them out for some more space.

You also shouldn't need Energy Switch since you'll be accelerating Energy onto the Pokemon you have in play, just don't put more Pokemon onto the bench than you can accelerate Energy onto at the time and you'll be fine.

I'd drop the Eviolite and Large Cloak for the same reason as EXP. Share, Tool Scrapper will just discard them, I would run 4 Super Scoop Up to heal your damaged Pokemon since you can then just attack with TerrakionEX and attach the Energy from your hand again. Potion and Max Potion are also options for healing, Potion doesn't heal much but it stops your Pokemon from being 2 hit KO'd and Max Potion will obviously fully heal anything but I'd only consider it if you up your Energy Retrieval count to 4 to get the Energies back that your discard.

Since you're planning a deck with Computer Search then there should also be 4 Bicycle in here, Item draw is way too strong not to run.

Hammer's can be useful if you can fit them in, if your metagame runs a lot of Special Enegry then I would suggest Enhanced hammer first for the guaranteed discard, if not then Crushing hammers will also work well.

You need many more Supporters, 3 Juniper AND 4 N is by far not enough to get to the cards you need, personally I would up the Juniper to 4 but if you'd prefer 3 then that's fine, I would suggest Bianca as I would run 4 ultra ball and 2 Heavy Ball since there's always cards that are not useful at the time and discarding them will allow you to draw more with Bianca and you also run Computer Search, otherwise Cheren is an alternative, 2-3 of either should be enough.

15 Energy I think is too much, yu don't need to put many Pokemon into play right away since they are all the same, you just have an active terrakionEX with 3 energy and bench another one to accelerate to and once the active has been KO'd and you promote your benched one you then put another on the bench and accelerate to that, this also stops your opponent from Catcher stalling you because you're attaching 2 Energy to the one on the bench so if they bring it atcive you just attach 1 from your hand and can then attack again and only using Terrakion NV if you see opposing Sigilyph. You also have Energy retrieval to get some back so you should easily be able to drop your Energy to around 12.

Hope this helps.

Ok, I made Most of the changes, some sounded a little odd, for some they are good advice,
But it takes up to much space. Again I took most of your advice.

Do not add Crushing Hammer Flippy cards without Junk Arm just got worse.

-1 Enhanced Hammer. One will do, 2 is bulky and can be replaced with a Supporter.

-1 Tool Scrapper. Two is good enough, and pretty much is only useful for swinging the Garbordor matchup, and you have a fine Garbordor matchup already. Maybe even go to one.

-3 {F} Energy. 10 is enough and Energy Retrieval (good card btw) will get your energy back when you lose them, making 10 enough
+2 Energy Retrieval (explained above)

-3 Random Receiver. There isn't much of a reason to use this in BW-on because you can't reuse it.

+1 Juniper
+2 Bianca

(higher supporters help with consistency).

+3 cards of choice.
