Strategy
Some random deck I came up. Terrakion EX to energize my bench, and use Landorus EX and Excadrill to attack. Mr Mime for bench protection. Terrakion LT/NV for Non-EX attacker and Lunatone to look at top two cards.

I like Terrakion Ex, always have, so I'm drawn to this deck. Based on my own experience with the cards you have here, I have a few suggestions. I don't really see the point of the DCEs in this deck, as you can drop energies all day once you get Terrakion EX set up. Yes they can be used on Excadrill EX for a potential T1 attack, but It's the only pokemon that can make use of them, so I would say drop them for 2 more fighting energy and 2 switch. Next, try playing without the Lunatones. The bench space is too valuable with the line-up you have, and there are other ways of getting Excadrill's first attack to work. This deck could probably also do with the energy switch, seeing as you put energies where you want them, with Terrakion EX, and you have scramble switch. Next up is Bicycle, which needs to leave this deck. Without playing Computer Search and Ultra Ball, you have no good way of bringing your hand size down consistently, which is what bike needs in order to work. they can be replaced with 1 Colress, and maaaaaybe 1 Cilan, so you can grab energies from the deck and drop them that turn. 3 Energy retrieval seems excessive, since most of your stuff will already be set up by the time you start losing energies.

So:
-4 Bicycle
-4 DCE
-3 Energy Switch
-2 Energy Retrieval
-2 Lunatone

+3 Fighting Energy
+4 Switch
+1 Colress
+1 Cilan
+3 Pokedex (Replaces Lunatone)
+2 Mewtwo EX (Works well with Terrakion EX and EXcadrill)
+1 Heavy Ball

Hope I helped.

Pokédex is out of the format.

What role does Excadrill play. I don't think it's very good, and you're better off just taking it out. Not to mention you have 12 EX's if you add in the suggested Mewtwos. I would just cut them from your list altogether.

The main point of this deck is for energy excel. Excadrill is an ether that does 40 damage, which is decent in my opinion. I like the Colress and Cilan, as my bench will be decently full, and I would need energy for Terrakion EX.

-4 Bicycle
-3 Energy Switch
-2 DCE

+2 Colress
+1 Cilan
+3 Fighting
+1 Heavy Ball
+1 Float Stone
+1 Super Rod
