I think a poodle would be a nice addition to X & Y; and I love the poodle! Very nice and clean as usual. How did you do the background?

Love your style Grumpigfarmer. In addition to painting on slabs of wood your art certainly stands out in the Creative Works. Keep it up!

Wooden plates? Do you mean the plywood panels?

Thanks for the comments Delta and Jaquii, I made the background by dry brushing in a swirling pattern.

I really like the background of the poodle drawing. I feel that since your style is a type that I have hardly engaged in, I can't give much feedback, but I like what you do, and I hope you continue.

Yup I am:) My Native American heritage inspires me a lot.

Some time soon I want to make a Native American themed Pokemon card set.
Make the card art look like picture writing, custom energy symbols, card backgrounds with stone and wood texture, and some new attacks to!

Yup:) I used a scroll saw to cut out the shapes, then sanded and painted them all by hand:D

They're all awesome, especially El Dog! If I may ask, did you scan from a sheet of paper or draw it entirely digitally? Not many people can do that.

thanks:) Yup it's all digital from start to finish, all drawn by mouse to.
sometimes it's hard to get the outline right, but changing the smooth stroke settings makes it a lot easier.
