^ LuxrayGLX has a 100% working rate as long as I'm not facing SP (which isn't very large in my area), and reversal has a 50% chance of failing and is stopped by trainer lock...

Plus I use up to 6 PokeTurns a game via Junk Arm trainer recovery

I think LuxrayGLX is staying in

Well you can get another pokemon reversal with junk arm and you didnt say any thing about luxray gl x bright look being power sprayed and plus you dont hafe to bring gyarados back to the bench for pokemon reversal.

^ Good points, but I did mention that "LuxrayGLX has a 100% working rate as long as I'm not facing SP" (which is in reference to power spray).

I can reuse PokeTurn with Junk Arm, allowing LuxrayGLX to be able to get out of the way.

I already run 2 Warp Energy and 2 Warp Point, so getting G-dos to the bench isn't too hard

I kind of want to say throw in a Mew Prime as a Revenge Killer. Maybe an Absol Prime with the needed energy to Lost Zone a Gyrados (or if you go against a Gengar Prime deck and they lost zone your Gyrados). You can hit 120 damage for free if all four magikarp are discarded with mew Prime. I'd only use him as a very late game attacker, if they managed to KO all four magikarp and you're trainer locked, so Pokemon Rescue doesn't work.

My new list is very similiar to yours. Ran very well at league yesterday. My pokes are same as yours, but you may consider:

-1 Sableye
+1 Smeargle (the new one that utilizes opponent's supporters when poke is active)

Supporters/trainers:

-1 junk arm (3 is good)
-2 poke rescue
+1 poke communication (3 is better than 2)

Energy:
+1 rescue energy (have 4, then you shouldn't need the poke rescues)
+1 warp energy (to use w/seeker)

Trainer lock/Gengar poltergeist really hurt me in a match yesterday. Because you still get a huge hand with this deck, you may not get to use your Volkners -- other than just discarding. Regice and junk arm work great by T2/T3 at most. If you want to thin out your deck, use Judge.

Biggest challenges for this deck continue to be a) trainer lock/Gengar poltergeist, b) judge/let loose giratina, to mess with your set up.

Other than this, the deck still runs great.

I used a gyarados deck and ran 0 junk arm. it was bad against vileplume and i found you never had one when you needed it. (ie to discard karps)
so i put in 4 cards to boost consistency and just use regice every game for discard.
its soo much easier to just use regice. if your playing luxray GL then just use a seeker to pick up your regice.

^pineapple, you said you out in 4 cards for consitency when you took out junk arm. may I ask what you put in instead?
