Don't know how much it would cost from your end, but from mine it's only $.80 (USPS first class for 1 oz or less). If I throw in a Collector could I get some of your LV.X cards?

Additionally, is your Charmander in NM-M condition? like are there any creases, scuffs, edge wear, scratches etc?

Four cards doubled up to two top loaders should still cost you basic first class (weighs less than an ounce). LMK if that sounds good! :)
