Well, i went on ebay and found Lucario for 19.99, and Mewtwo for $15, both buy it nows.
So i could do Donphan + something else for both, but not Yanmega. Sorry.

There's a reason why they have 26 in stock. That's a terrible price (well, I suppose it's better than the $75 they wanted at nationals).
Since no one seems to care that I got my last 2 off ebay for $8 each, I'll direct you to eBay completed listings. Only a few go for a bit over $30.
