Would the Skyla/Virbank be deal breakers? Since I have my own deck and my sister uses my cards for her deck I'm tight on a few things... Those included.

You don't need to include them. I could do FA thunderus, Siglyph and a Downsing machine.

The thread title says you need Blastoise Keldeo stuff. I have 2 Keldeo EX. 1 Promo 1 set. And 2 Blastoise from BCR and 1 SR. Do you need those?
