When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.
When posting in a thread, be sure to explain all your suggestions thoroughly. Additionally, do not ask for advice in another member's thread.

Yes, that was poorly stated. Let me clarify that. Hydreigon is a bit bulky and takes up all of the space you could otherwise have used to include much more useful techs. In order to use Hydreigon effectively, you would need something like the following:
3-1-3 Hydreigon
3 Rare Candy
3 Max Potion
That's thirteen slots that I feel could be better devoted to something like this:
+1 Sableye
+2 Terrakion
+1 Bianca
+1 Computer Search/Gold Potion
+2 Energy Switch
+2 Random Receiver
+1 Tool Scrapper
+3 {F}
It's not that Hammertime is clunky; it's that Hammertime plus Hydreigon is tight as evident by the lack of Max Potion or even Rare Candy, and you lose the versatility that you could have achieved without Hydreigon. It's an interesting idea, and maybe it could work, but I'd just use the space differently. That's just me.
